This issue of health care is one that is becoming more and more serious each day. It does not personally affect me. But it does affect my sister who is close in age. So this affects me because I love my sister more then anything in this world and I want the best for her. She is turning 20 this year and will be a Junior at the University of Arizona. She is majoring in Journalism and is pretty damn good if I do say so myself.
This health care reform affects my sister greatly. It determines whether she'll be able to afford it on her own or not. She has no financial aid from my mom because she is not able to at the moment due to a disgusting divorce. My sister pays for tuition, car insurance, registration, health insurance, books, food, rent, EVERYTHING. She does it all on her own with the help of student aids. But she doesn't deserve to have to struggle to keep up on her finances, she works too hard in school and her job at B.J's restaurant to be stressing if she'll be able to afford health insurance or not. I am not stressing about it because I will be fully covered by the U.S. Army, which I'm grateful for. I'd like to see a positive change in Health Care making it affordable, but also efficient enough to cover what expenditures need to be covered.

SUMMER
It's right around the corner!!! What are your plans? Going to Hawaii, Tahiti, or the Bahamas?! Well whatever they are, you should plan on having fun! Summer is all about resting the mind and body. It is a BIG weekend. I personally love summer because it gives me a chance to take a breather from the stresses of the school year. Most people take summer for granted and before they know it it is over.
Most people sit around relaxing which is good for summer, but sitting around gets old and boring! Don't plan on doing nothing this summer. BE ACTIVE! Even if there really is nothing to do, go work out. Exercise! Run, jog, walk, whatever it takes. GET OUT OF THE HOUSE! Enjoy the beautiful weather, go interact with people. No one likes a hermit.
In my case I am not able to really do the hobby I enjoy most, because it is too hot! I race Motorcycles in the desert, and riding in full gear in 115 degrees is not too fun. But I don't just do nothing, I go swim, work out, go to a movie, or just go hang out with a friend. Make it a point to find something to keep you busy.
This summer is the last one of mine I'll have to enjoy before I start my life as an adult. I am enlisting in the U.S. Army this year and will probably leave for Basic in June or July, which means I have limited time in my summer, and I'm going to utilize and take advantage of it! I'm going to live it up (to an extent) before the summer is over!!!!!!!!! Now you go too.. NOW
